Here at All Saints, we offer several different ministries for Parishioners to get involved in. Click through the tabs below to explore all of our options.
If you would like to express interest in joining one of our many ministries, you may fill out a Time & Talent form (Available in English & Spanish). Simply fill out your contact information and mark which ministries you are interested in. Then drop it in the Sunday collection, or take it to the Parish Office. From there, the office will give your information to the corresponding ministry leaders.
PLEASE NOTE: Everyone who is volunteering with the Youth of the Diocese and of our Parish must complete the Diocese-Mandatory Online Safe Environment Training & Background check. This training is conducted to protect our Youth, as well as our adult volunteers.
Greeters – Greet Parishioners as they arrive at the church by offering a warm and welcome smile.
Ushers – Help Parishioners find a seat at Mass, and direct Parishioners during Communion and other processions
Lectors – Proclaim the readings of the Word of God during Mass and prayer services
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion – Assist the Priest in reverently distributing Holy Communion during Mass
Music Ministry – Enhances the Celebration of the Mass by providing vocal and instrumental music
Gift Bearers – Take the collection and gifts to the Altar during Mass
Art & Environment Ministry – Enhances our Worship space by echoing the life of Christ through decorations
Servers – Assist with the Mass at the Altar
Sacristans – Set up before Mass and clean up after

Blood Pressure Screenings – Parish Nurses gather to do free blood pressure screenings for Parishioners
Funeral Dinner Ministry – Provides a post-funeral meal for all who attended the funeral
Language Interpreters – Help translate various documents between English & Spanish
Eucharistic Ministers to Home bound – Take the gift of Holy Communion to those unable to attend Mass to receive
Mission Outreach & Haiti Ministry – Working with our sister Parish, Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Terre Nueve, Haiti to provide opportunities or improved health, evacuation, and quality of life.
Prison Ministry – Reach out to provide hope, understanding and God’s love to those impacted by imprisonment.
Loaves & Fishes – Provides a free, balanced meal to those in need
Easter Dinner Ministry – Provides a free, community dinner on Easter Sunday.
Bereavement Committee – A support group for those suffering the loss of a loved one.
Giving Tree Helpers – Donate items off of our Giving Tree, or volunteer time to deliver gifts from the Giving Tree to the home bound and those in nursing homes
St. Helena Ministry for Divorced – Provides a safe place for Catholics who are working through the flood of emotions that come with divorce

Occasionally we need help with maintenance work to maintain our property. We are looking for volunteers to help in the following areas, as needed:
Painting
Lawn Care
Flower Bed Care
Snow Removal
Small Repair Jobs (Kneelers, etc.)
Church Cleaning

Baptismal Team – Come together as a team to help those who are preparing to Baptize their children, or be Baptized themselves.
Adult Education – Teach or coordinate lessons for Adult Faith Formation
Sponsor Couples (Marriage Prep) – Provide a good example of Catholic Marriage, and sponsor an engaged couple through their final stages of Discernment as they prepare for Holy Matrimony
RCIA Catechist – Prepare lessons and teach the RCIA classes
RCIA Sponsor – Sponsor someone who is going through the RCIA process by proving a good Catholic example, support, and prayer for your Candidate/Catechumen

Prayer Chain – Provide prayer support for people in need
Stewardship Committee – Helps the Pastor manage the given resources of Time, Talent & Treasure within our Parish.
Small Faith Groups – Come together in a smaller and more personal setting to share faith, stories, and experiences with one another while growing closer to Christ.
Occasionally we need help in areas that are more specific to certain skills or interests, such as the following:
